Integrative Counsellor - Children, Young people and adults.
I am a compassionate and experienced therapist working with adults, young people, and children. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgement.
Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, trauma, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, or significant life changes. I have experience supporting men, women, and children affected by domestic and sexual violence, and I understand the deep and lasting impact these experiences can have. I also work with trauma, generalised and acute mental health difficulties, anxiety, grief, suicidal thoughts, and those seeking gender-affirming support.
For children and young people, challenges can show up in many ways — through behaviour, withdrawal, worries, or difficulties at school. I adapt my approach to suit each person’s age, needs, and personality, using developmentally appropriate and creative ways to help younger clients feel safe and able to express themselves.
My work is grounded in empathy, trust, and genuine connection. I believe healing begins when someone feels truly seen, respected, and supported. Together, we can gently explore what’s happening for you and work towards greater confidence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing at your own pace.
I hold a Level 6 BA (Hons) degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. I also hold a Level 5 diploma in children and young people’s therapy. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy(BACP).
